In November 2022 Schomäcker received the CrefoZert creditworthiness certificate from Creditreform Osnabrück. This places Schomäcker amongst the 2 percent of all German companies that meet the strict criteria of this certificate.

The CrefoZert certificate was officially awarded on the 10th of November 2022 in Melle. Schomäcker’s Head of Purchasing and Finance Stefan Siepelmeyer accepted the CrefoZert from Henrik Baar. Pleased about the award of the creditworthiness certificate he stated: "We have always had the claim to produce reliable products and - at the same time - to be a reliable business partner. The fact that this claim has now been externally confirmed in this way is a further incentive for us to continue on our path. We are looking forward to new and exciting challenges." A good credit rating is key to successful negotiations with customers, suppliers and lenders - but only if it is positively confirmed. With CrefoZert, companies receive certification that their business conduct is impeccable and their forecast is positive. To obtain a CrefoZert, companies must go through a multi-stage process. First, the creditworthiness of the company, the responsible persons and the parties involved is checked and verified in a management meeting. This is followed by a comprehensive analysis of the companies’ annual financial statements by Creditreform Rating AG. Only when a company meets all criteria is the creditworthiness certificate issued. In order to maintain the high-quality standards associated with the CrefoZert, the certificate is always issued for one year only and is subject to regular monitoring.
